Josh Command Center Privacy Policy

Policy version: October 15, 2026.

Operator and purpose. Roadie Rumble LLC operates Josh Command Center as a private personal and business dashboard for Josh. Questions or deletion requests may be sent to admin@roadierumble.com.

Google data accessed. When Josh authorizes Google Calendar, the application requests read-only access to the account's calendar list and calendar events. It uses calendar identifiers, names, time zones and access information to present calendar choices. The primary calendar identifier labels the connected account. For selected calendars it reads event identifiers, summaries, start/end times and status to display Today and Tomorrow. Calendar access does not grant Gmail, Drive, Contacts or Tasks access. The application does not create, change or delete events.

Use and selection. Only calendars explicitly selected in Connections are used for the agenda. Josh assigns each selected calendar to a workspace. Calendar data is used to provide this scheduling feature, not for advertising, sale, credit decisions or training generalized AI models. Shared calendars are used only when available to the authorized account and selected by Josh.

Storage and protection. Google access and refresh tokens are encrypted in the local application database. The OAuth client secret is held in a separate local settings file protected by operating-system file permissions. Account and calendar identifiers and calendar labels are encrypted in the application database; selection and workspace settings are also retained. Event responses are processed for the dashboard and are not stored in a separate event-history database. The dashboard uses private password and authenticator access. The current application runs locally on the operator's computer.

Sharing. The Calendar integration communicates with Google to authorize access and retrieve the selected schedule. The current integration does not send calendar data to advertising services or AI providers. Data is not sold. The public homepage and privacy page are hosted on DigitalOcean. They contain no dashboard, login, calendar records or OAuth credentials. DigitalOcean and the web server process visitor IP addresses and request information to deliver these pages and maintain security. No analytics scripts, advertising trackers or cookies are used by these informational pages. Application calendar data remains on the operator’s local computer. Operational or infrastructure logs may retain technical request information; these pages do not maintain a visitor-profile database.

Retention and removal. Connection credentials and calendar settings remain until disconnected or removed by the operator. Disconnect deletes the application's active connection and selection records and attempts to revoke access at Google. If revocation fails, access can also be removed through Google Account settings. Previously created device backups may retain copies until those backups are deleted or expire; no immediate backup-erasure guarantee is made. Contact the operator for removal questions. Calendar events remain in Google Calendar.

Google API Limited Use. Josh Command Center's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Changes. This policy will be updated before materially different integrations, hosting arrangements or data uses are introduced.
